There is no doubt in material. I observed little bit of waek part in coordination, decision making and execution. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the support and commitment shown during the resolution of the tile damage issue at my home. Initially, despite the damage caused to the tiles during the interior work, there was reluctance from the concerned team to proceed with a replacement. However, after several discussions and escalations, the matter was reviewed promptly, and a decision was taken to replace the damaged tiles. I would especially like to acknowledge Muzammil for his exceptional ownership and professionalism throughout this process. He not only took accountability for driving the resolution but also regularly supervised the tile replacement work, ensuring that everything was carried out properly and without further delays. His proactive approach, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction were instrumental in bringing the issue to a successful closure. In situations like these, ownership and accountability make a significant difference, and Muzammil demonstrated both admirably. Please convey my appreciation to him for going above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure the issue was resolved satisfactorily. I had a great experience here. When it comes to planning, delivery and execution, great work was done by the team members. Suhail Khan was the project manager for my site. He was exceptional and kind. He clarified all the doubts during the execution phase and ensured the project could be completed with ease. He also suggested few things that could be improved in the design which was really commendable. The only issue I had was during my first discussion, while I was given the quote, the agent failed to be more specific about what was included and not included in the cost. We were told that the price that we could see was inclusive of all the wood, laminates etc. However during the final 3d design, that wasn't the case. This was the only negative experience I had. However, the team was kind enough to look it to the issue and we came up with the resolution which was eventually great.

Talking about design phase I observed that Akanksha has really good knowledge our requirement and budget accordingly she has advised and designed the interior. She handled the last moment changes very well. In execution phase Rushikesh has handled the material handling and issues during the material replacement. He is prompt and accurate on every query raised from my end and immediate solutions for each every issue. Also very professional, on time updates has been provided from his end.

However, we are a bit disappointed with the quality-check team. During the first delivery, several major material components were missed, which resulted in some delays in the project. Sales team explained all the factors clearly and promised that there won't be any hidden cost. Design phase was good but could have been better in terms ofndesogn innovation. I got my complete home interiors done by NoBroker and I'm satisfied with the outcome. The best part was the execution - especially our Project Manager Charudutta, who ensured we were informed throughout and went out of his way to connect us with vendor for fabrication work. While the overall work is good, the design accuracy and factory finish can be improved. We noticed some gaps between the measurements taken and the actual furniture which had to be fixed on-site, and a few shutters were received bent which were later replaced. It's a premium service, but they mean it when they commit to a timeline. The handover was done on time as promised. Overall, I would recommend NoBroker Interiors if a strict execution timeline is your priority.

We recently got our 2BHK home interiors done through NoBroker Interiors. Overall, the project execution experience was good, but there were some challenges during the initial design and sales stages. Coming to the sales and design experience, there is definitely room for improvement. The initial design experience was not up to our expectations. We felt that the level of design expertise offered depended on the project budget, and the initial designer assigned to our project lacked the experience required to understand our requirements and provide suitable solutions. After escalating our concerns, a senior designer was assigned, and the experience improved significantly. The senior designer understood our requirements better and did a good job with the design. The highlight of our overall experience was Zaki from the project execution team. He listened to our concerns very carefully, understood the issues, and acted accordingly. He was supportive, approachable, and always tried to find practical solutions to the problems we raised. His coordination and problem-solving approach made the execution process much smoother, and we genuinely appreciate his efforts. However, the carpentry work is another area where NoBroker Interiors needs to improve. We feel they should hire more experienced and skilled carpenters to ensure better workmanship, accuracy, and finishing. Even with a good design, the final outcome depends heavily on the quality of execution at the carpenter level. Our suggestion to NoBroker Interiors would be to provide experienced designers regardless of project budget, improve the initial sales and design consultation, and strengthen the carpentry team with skilled professionals. With these improvements, NoBroker Interiors can deliver a much better and more consistent customer experience.

We had a great overall experience with NoBroker for our medium-sized 2 BHK interior project, completed about four months ago. The work was well executed and delivered on time. Suraj, the Sales Representative, was convincing and helpful throughout; Sneha Phad, the Designer, was knowledgeable and attentive to our inputs; and Mahesh, the Execution Manager, managed everything exceptionally well. I’m a demanding customer, but the team handled everything professionally. A few issues came up later and, although resolution took time, most were addressed. One disappointment was that some bathroom laminates were rejected under warranty, even though the furniture was marketed as waterproof. This felt misleading and raises questions about the 10-year warranty. Also, please respond to customers in WhatsApp groups—even a simple yes or no is better than no response. The modular work was good, but the on-site work, such as frames and related carpentry, could be improved. Since it is outsourced through multiple third parties and contract workers, the quality and accountability can suffer. It would be better to have more direct supervision and control over this work. Overall, a very good experience with a few areas for improvement

However, there is significant scope for improvement in terms of project scope and service delivery: As a customer, we expect NoBroker, or any similar organization, to be a *"ONE-STOP SOLUTION"* for the complete project. The scope should at minimum include loose furniture and repair/painting of walls damaged during installation and commissioning activities. Secondly, the solutioning approach needs strengthening. A considerable amount of time is taken to resolve issues and complete snag works. Lastly, active involvement of senior management through regular progress reviews, mentoring, and coaching of the project team was not evident. This is essential to build and enhance customer confidence. I hope these points are taken constructively for future projects.

I recently completed my home interior project with NoBroker Interiors, and overall, my experience was positive, particularly when it came to project management, coordination, and the quality of materials provided by NoBroker. The biggest positive was the NoBroker internal team. My Project Manager, Abhinay, did a very good job managing the project, coordinating different activities, handling issues, and keeping the execution on track. He was responsive and proactive, and his involvement made the overall process much smoother. I was also impressed with the quality of NoBroker’s materials and their overall premium finish. The core quality and specifications offered by NoBroker are definitely one of the stronger aspects of the experience. However, one area where I feel there is room for improvement is the third-party vendor execution. The quality of work can vary depending on the vendor, and I had to keep a close eye on the execution throughout the project to make sure the work matched the agreed design and expectations. Some vendor workmanship was not at the same premium level as the materials and overall quality that NoBroker provides. So, if you are going with NoBroker Interiors, I would recommend being actively involved during execution, especially when it comes to finishing, detailing, alignment, painting, and making sure the final work matches the approved design. In terms of pricing, NoBroker Interiors is definitely on the premium side. But you are also paying for the convenience of having a team manage the project, and in my experience, NoBroker’s internal team was professional, responsive, and committed to getting the project completed. We had a very pleasant experience with the entire process.it was a turnkey project, where designing, manufacture and execution was handled by them. We were not present at the site at any time but the project was completed very efficiently. The design work and detailing was done by Mr Mahesh, who we found to be extremely helpful, efficient and a keen eye for details in designing the furniture and fixtures. He is calm, knowledgeable and very understanding about our needs as well as cost conscious. He was always available to answer queries, make design changes as per our requirements very quickly. The site supervisor is Mr Syed Rizwaan. He is very diligent, obliging, very efficient in executing the project as per drawings and specifications. Mr Rizwaan is very efficient, calm and very focused on his work. The site work was handled very neatly and post completion, the flat was cleaned, WC tested and approved. We had a very good and pkeaat interaction with him and extremely satisfied with his work. Overall our experience had been very positive and pleasant and our presence was not required at any given time. Full marks to Nobroker. We will not hesitate to re-use them in the future too.
