Overall, I had a very good experience with NoBroker Interiors. The wardrobe quality, finishing, and timely delivery were excellent and met my expectations. The only major issue was with the wardrobe dimensions. We had specifically requested a particular depth and width so that we could use IKEA accessories. However, the designer mistakenly ordered different dimensions, which meant we had to purchase custom accessories from an outside vendor at a significant additional cost. That said, I truly appreciate the designer for taking ownership of the mistake. She was always available, responsive, and genuinely tried her best to help by searching for compatible accessories online. A special mention to our Project Manager, Chandru. He was extremely supportive throughout the project and was always quick to respond to calls and messages. His professionalism and commitment made the overall experience much smoother. Compared to Livspace, NoBroker's service is far better and highly commendable. In fact, I only wish we had chosen NoBroker for our kitchen as well. Unfortunately, we went with Livspace, which turned out to be one of our biggest home renovation regrets and a poor use of our hard-earned money. Despite the wardrobe sizing issue, I would definitely recommend NoBroker Interiors for their quality, customer support, and overall service experience.

If you are considering NoBroker Interiors, my overall experience was good, though it came with a significant caveat right at the start. The major hurdle in my project was the initial sales experience. The sales team made a couple of costly false promises that ended up heavily impacting my overall budget. Because of these financial misalignments, I unfortunately had to scale back and reduce the original scope of work I had initially planned. If you choose them, I highly advise taking sales commitments with a grain of salt and getting everything strictly documented before signing. However, once we moved past the sales phase, everything else was fantastic. The design phase With Krina mam was a very positive experience, and the team did a great job translating my vision into the final plans. The true standout of the project was the execution, spearheaded by our Project Manager, Zaki. He handled the on-site implementation brilliantly and ensured our timelines were strictly maintained. His proactive approach, quick problem-solving, and constant responsiveness made the actual physical work completely hassle-free. Ultimately, while NoBroker Interiors sits on the premium side of the pricing spectrum, their design and on-site execution teams are incredibly dependable. Despite my frustrations with the initial sales process, I would still recommend them—just be extra vigilant with your budget and scope during your first few meetings.

Booking completed for my new home. The design phase and communication to the designer team was overall very satisfactory. But company have many if and buts in the name of modular and modular. You can get better service and customization from the available options in the market. Price wise NoBroker is double from market, Company think customer do not know the market price in the name of premium quality. Company can charge 10% or 20% higher for premium quality and service. But they are charging more than 100% after applying discount of 40%. Company should also think of solution and service that are competitive at market price. Company can provide better and affordable solution to the customer. My expectation is company procure material at low price from vendor and manufacturer, but they are not passing the price affordability to customer. Even price transparency is not there. They keep increasing your budget at every milestone. On top of that company applying too much extra charge in the name of service.

I recently completed my home interiors with NoBroker Interiors in Wakad, Pune, and wanted to share my overall experience. We booked the interior services in February 2026 and completed the site in Aug 2026. From the beginning, we wanted modular furniture because its factory finish and overall quality are much better than what is usually possible with on-site carpentry. That was the main reason we chose NoBroker. The design phase took around three months, with multiple rounds of discussions and revisions. Our designer, Atharv, did a good job and understood our requirements well. However, the process could be much faster. Even for a very small change, it would often take around seven days to be reflected in the design. At times, I had faster renders ready through ChatGPT than the updated designer renders. My advice during the design stage is to be extremely careful about every small detail: alignment, measurements, finishes, Material and layouts. Ideally, customers should not have to monitor these things so closely, but this is an important part of working with NoBroker. We documented every discussion and requirement, which helped us significantly during execution. If something is not clearly mentioned in the docket, it can become difficult to get it implemented later. Once the design was finalized, execution began. In our case, Mr. Suraj Jadhav, the Execution Project Manager, and Mr. Suraj Gore, the on-site vendor, were both excellent. They handled the work smoothly and executed the site very well. One thing to note is that once execution begins, the designer is no longer actively involved. You primarily coordinate with the project manager. Since we had documented all requirements properly, the execution matched the plan and agreement made during the design phase. When the furniture started arriving, we were very happy with the finish and quality. NoBroker is positioned as a premium service, and the modular furniture quality reflected that. The material of furniture, hardware quality, finish is remarkable. Overall, the completed home met my expectations. I wanted a modern, elegant, and calm home, and that is exactly what I received in the end.

The overall experience was satisfactory, though there is possibility for improvement in regarding costing transparency, contract terms and payment plan. The improvement areas are the designs are too basic and with limited choices in materials like laminates. Any improvement or suggestions from clients side results into increase in the cost. However more clarity and transparency is expected before booking.

Pros: The modular (factory work) quality is excellent and installation is also done timely. The workers are skilled and considerate of the feelings of the owners so worked very cautiously ensuring no collateral wear and tear to the flat. The project manager assigned was also quite professional and knowledgeable. He ensured smooth coordination and timely completion. Notably Nishant Jadhav and his supervisor Ashwin did great work behind the scenes. Cons: The designers are not very skilled. They lacked creativity which I think is core requirement for this job. The Sales staff traps you at a quotation which appreciates almost 60% by the time design is completed. No justification why the prices are increased after each design iteration. Escalations do not work and takes time to reach at someone who's in decision making position. They don't seem serious about your concerns and requirements once you sign the contract. Overall: The modular quality is at par (not sure about carpentry and civil work). The execution is smooth. The design phase is exhausting. Sales is a trap so be cautious. Giving 4 stars only because of modular quality and execution timely completion.

NoBroker Interiors was a good experience overall. The process was a little complicated at times, but the execution was quite good. The two people who were always willing to help and genuinely understand our concerns were Mounika and Manoj. Mounika, as the designer, did an excellent job of understanding our requirements, incorporating our ideas, and making sure everything was in place. Manoj, as the Project Manager, was always available to step in, co-ordinate with multiple teams and resolve any issues during execution. Both of them were highly professional throughout the project and made sure the interior work was completed on time. The only suggestion I would have is for NoBroker Interiors to consider having an in-house team of carpenters, cleaners, and floor-protection, etc professionals. This could make the execution process even smoother and more seamless for customers.

The experience was good , however it could have been beneficial to the customer if all teams work unitedly because end of the day they belong to one unit which is “No Brokers”.There were initial hiccups where people were slightly confused when the information was getting exchanged between teams which is ok but things could have been better and i hope my feedback would help them improvise better.Having said all of above once the materials were delivered Project Manager Sayeed Rizwaan took the complete responsibility of getting the work completed in a phased manner . Most of the work got completed within the given time which is well appreciated . He also coordinated and communicated on time which was very critical and important to Me by posting updates and photos in the group. So thank you ! What i liked about the no brokers is the Quality Check which they perform at the end of the project to ensure that they fix all loopholes . The work looks elegant simple and sober and am happy with it !

Overall the experience was good, although the process took more of our time than expected. Our designer, Rajesh, supported us with the designs and did a decent job; however there are opportunities to improve like transparency, being receptive, timeline management and overall efficiency. Greater visibility into the process from a customer's perspective would help make the design process smoother.

Had a really good experience with NoBroker Interiors. Overall, the execution was smooth and the team was very cooperative throughout the work. A special mention to Sai, who did a great job coordinating and executing the work. He was approachable, understood our requirements, and was always ready to help whenever we had any changes or concerns. He also made sure the work was progressing properly and that the finishing was good. There were a few minor things here and there, which is normal with any interior work, but the team was responsive and got them sorted out. Overall, we are happy with how our home turned out. Thanks to Sai and the entire NoBroker team for the good work. Would definitely recommend them for interiors.
