I had a great experience here. When it comes to planning, delivery and execution, great work was done by the team members. Suhail Khan was the project manager for my site. He was exceptional and kind. He clarified all the doubts during the execution phase and ensured the project could be completed with ease. He also suggested few things that could be improved in the design which was really commendable. The only issue I had was during my first discussion, while I was given the quote, the agent failed to be more specific about what was included and not included in the cost. We were told that the price that we could see was inclusive of all the wood, laminates etc. However during the final 3d design, that wasn't the case. This was the only negative experience I had. However, the team was kind enough to look it to the issue and we came up with the resolution which was eventually great.

But eventually the outcomes were too positive.Specifically outstanding efforts of project manager Mr. Abhinay Shilimkar and along with carpenter Mr. Raaj. Excellent experience. He and his team took ownership of all the pending and incomplete tasks, handled everything professionally, and successfully fulfilled all requirements within 30 days. Mr. Abhinay’s polite demeanor, constant support, and problem-solving approach were truly commendable. The product , ply quality used is authenticate. Had some service related issues where the response is good. In all you can go with Nobroker for your home interiors.

Overall, the performance of the NoBroker team was satisfactory, and I would like to congratulate the entire team for completing the project within the committed timeline. The staff was pleasant, energetic, and courteous throughout. However, there is significant scope for improvement in terms of project scope and service delivery: As a customer, we expect NoBroker, or any similar organization, to be a *"ONE-STOP SOLUTION"* for the complete project. The scope should at minimum include loose furniture and repair/painting of walls damaged during installation and commissioning activities. Secondly, the solutioning approach needs strengthening. A considerable amount of time is taken to resolve issues and complete snag works. Lastly, active involvement of senior management through regular progress reviews, mentoring, and coaching of the project team was not evident. This is essential to build and enhance customer confidence. I hope these points are taken constructively for future projects.

I recently completed my home interior project with NoBroker Interiors, and overall, my experience was positive, particularly when it came to project management, coordination, and the quality of materials provided by NoBroker. The biggest positive was the NoBroker internal team. My Project Manager, Abhinay, did a very good job managing the project, coordinating different activities, handling issues, and keeping the execution on track. He was responsive and proactive, and his involvement made the overall process much smoother. I was also impressed with the quality of NoBroker’s materials and their overall premium finish. The core quality and specifications offered by NoBroker are definitely one of the stronger aspects of the experience. However, one area where I feel there is room for improvement is the third-party vendor execution. The quality of work can vary depending on the vendor, and I had to keep a close eye on the execution throughout the project to make sure the work matched the agreed design and expectations. If you are considering NoBroker Interiors, my overall experience was good, though it came with a significant caveat right at the start. The major hurdle in my project was the initial sales experience. The sales team made a couple of costly false promises that ended up heavily impacting my overall budget. Because of these financial misalignments, I unfortunately had to scale back and reduce the original scope of work I had initially planned. If you choose them, I highly advise taking sales commitments with a grain of salt and getting everything strictly documented before signing. However, once we moved past the sales phase, everything else was fantastic. The design phase With Krina mam was a very positive experience, and the team did a great job translating my vision into the final plans. The true standout of the project was the execution, spearheaded by our Project Manager, Zaki. He handled the on-site implementation brilliantly and ensured our timelines were strictly maintained. His proactive approach, quick problem-solving, and constant responsiveness made the actual physical work completely hassle-free. Ultimately, while NoBroker Interiors sits on the premium side of the pricing spectrum, their design and on-site execution teams are incredibly dependable. Despite my frustrations with the initial sales process, I would still recommend them—just be extra vigilant with your budget and scope during your first few meetings.

Booking completed for my new home. The design phase and communication to the designer team was overall very satisfactory. But company have many if and buts in the name of modular and modular. You can get better service and customization from the available options in the market. Price wise NoBroker is double from market, Company think customer do not know the market price in the name of premium quality. Company can charge 10% or 20% higher for premium quality and service. But they are charging more than 100% after applying discount of 40%. Company should also think of solution and service that are competitive at market price. Company can provide better and affordable solution to the customer. My expectation is company procure material at low price from vendor and manufacturer, but they are not passing the price affordability to customer. Even price transparency is not there. They keep increasing your budget at every milestone. On top of that company applying too much extra charge in the name of service.

I recently completed my home interiors with NoBroker Interiors in Wakad, Pune, and wanted to share my overall experience. We booked the interior services in February 2026 and completed the site in Aug 2026. From the beginning, we wanted modular furniture because its factory finish and overall quality are much better than what is usually possible with on-site carpentry. That was the main reason we chose NoBroker. The design phase took around three months, with multiple rounds of discussions and revisions. Our designer, Atharv, did a good job and understood our requirements well. However, the process could be much faster. Even for a very small change, it would often take around seven days to be reflected in the design. At times, I had faster renders ready through ChatGPT than the updated designer renders. My advice during the design stage is to be extremely careful about every small detail: alignment, measurements, finishes, Material and layouts. Ideally, customers should not have to monitor these things so closely, but this is an important part of working with NoBroker. We documented every discussion and requirement, which helped us significantly during execution. If something is not clearly mentioned in the docket, it can become difficult to get it implemented later. Once the design was finalized, execution began. In our case, Mr. Suraj Jadhav, the Execution Project Manager, and Mr. Suraj Gore, the on-site vendor, were both excellent. They handled the work smoothly and executed the site very well. One thing to note is that once execution begins, the designer is no longer actively involved. You primarily coordinate with the project manager. Since we had documented all requirements properly, the execution matched the plan and agreement made during the design phase. When the furniture started arriving, we were very happy with the finish and quality. NoBroker is positioned as a premium service, and the modular furniture quality reflected that. The material of furniture, hardware quality, finish is remarkable. Overall, the completed home met my expectations. I wanted a modern, elegant, and calm home, and that is exactly what I received in the end.

Overall designing and execution of the project was smooth, thanks to the project manager Abhinay and designer Yashsashri, which helped us to give No Broker the current rating. The improvement areas are the designs are too basic and with limited choices in materials like laminates. Any improvement or suggestions from clients side results into increase in the cost. Initial quote and final quote has huge variation due to this. All in all the designing and execution teams are very good in performing the tasks and adhering to the time lines. However more clarity and transparency is expected before booking.

Had a really good experience with NoBroker Interiors. Overall, the execution was smooth and the team was very cooperative throughout the work. A special mention to Sai, who did a great job coordinating and executing the work. He was approachable, understood our requirements, and was always ready to help whenever we had any changes or concerns. He also made sure the work was progressing properly and that the finishing was good. There were a few minor things here and there, which is normal with any interior work, but the team was responsive and got them sorted out. Overall, we are happy with how our home turned out. Thanks to Sai and the entire NoBroker team for the good work. Would definitely recommend them for interiors.
