Mrityunjay has handled project execution phase very well. he is very collaborative and approachable. this rating is only for mrutyunjay for project execution phase . nobroker sales team and design team are worst. i would give 0 rating to them. prakruthi and her manager soumya from sarjpauara design team are worst, they stop picking your call and reply to you after 100% payment. there were so many design issues done by prakruthi. if she is your designer, better not go with nobroker . you can do better your self than her. they have very very very limited color options for laminates, and you wil not like any. you should ask them to show laminate and if they are giving that exact laminate for the estimate they are quoting. you must take that in writing before paying single penny. nobroker is over all worst. i would suggest not to go ahead with them.

The execution phase of the project was very smooth and well managed from start to finish. The entire team coordinated efficiently, ensuring that the work progressed as planned and was completed on time. A special mention to Project Manager Dushyanth, who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process. He consistently provided daily updates along with photos and videos, which kept us informed about the progress at every stage. His communication and transparency gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind during the project. What truly stood out was his dedication and availability — he was always reachable on phone, even during holidays and outside regular working hours, whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Overall, it was a very professional and positive experience working with the team. While the overall experience was very good, there was some confusion during the design phase. A few details were missed in the drawings prepared by the designer, and unfortunately, we also did not notice them while reviewing and cross-checking the final designs. Because of this, a few adjustments and tweaks had to be made during execution. However, the team was cooperative and handled the required changes smoothly without creating major issues. Apart from this minor setback, the entire experience was positive, and we appreciate the team’s effort, support, and commitment throughout the project.

I had a mix experience with No Broker interior service. Design wise my experience was very poor because of the designer. "Akash" who did the design removed many things without informing me. Things were mentioned in design docket but later he told it was not in their scope. But the execution was really good. Site manager "Govardhan" did a good job and finished the project on time. He and his team were always reachable and did a good work.

This review is from a couple who fights about everything haha. I wanted dark colors and modern look, my husband wanted light wood and earthy tones. The designer at Varthur center literally played mediator. She showed us a concept where the common areas (living room, kitchen) use light wooden textures that my husband likes, and the master bedroom uses the darker charcoal tones that I prefer. The kids room got a neutral palette with colorful accents. Everyone happy. She called it 'transitional design' where different zones have different personalities but connected by a common accent color (we chose teal). The 3D walkthrough she made showed exactly how it all flows together. I showed it to 3 friends and they all said it looks like something out of Architectural Digest. OK maybe I'm exaggerating a little but you get the point. We both love it.

We had a unique situation—our apartment has two different wall thicknesses in the kitchen area due to some builder construction issue. One wall is standard 4.5 inch and the adjacent one is 9 inch. The NoBroker Varthur team actually sent a measurement person who identified this variation and adjusted the cabinet depth design accordingly so both sides look flush from the front. Previous vendor we consulted didn't even notice this discrepancy during their site visit. The devil truly is in the details and NoBroker catches those devils.

Overall, I had a good experience with NoBroker Interiors. One suggestion to NoBroker is please do not assign multiple projects to one project manager. It will impact all the projects.

Recently we had completed our interior work from Nobrokers. We had initial discussions to get our requirements understood by team and then design team - Sneha Phand mam helped us to get the 3D design based on our discussions. The important part was accommodating all the requirements that too managing the overall design within our budget. Once the design phase was completed we entered the execution phase and I really want to thank Mahesh Sharma who has managed the project delivery excellently. I rarely visited the site during the execution as I was very busy in my office work but I was getting daily updates from him and he has excellently co ordinated with all the members like carpenters electrician and other working team and delivered our dream home within the agreed timelines. It was really nice to work with Mahesh Sharma and team and I will definitely recommend Nobroker for interior projects.

I am working in overseas and I book an apartment In Ace Abode pune2023 The year 2025 November I got my possession. I was looking for an interior team through online and got some contacts. Hence lot of online meeting and discussion No brocker selected. But I phase one issue with the persons who where in the begging and their whatts app promise. But I don't leave them on November 2025 at the same day one of my key to No Brocker team and ask them review all communication and come back to me. First they removed the person who just committed to me wrong things only for his target achieving. They assigned Ms Yashasri to review each and every communication and promise given to me as a client. She did a drastic work and did a great coordination with the client and company. There is one more person Mr Akash as a site coordinator doing fantastic work. They took seriously about this work because I am abroad and they will returned back my apartment key as per the agreed with No Brocker💐❤️ 🙏I am in UAE and No Brocker team is working for their brother's dreams 🙏

I got part of my home interiors done by Nobroker interior team. Overall experience was good, however, this is scope of improvement. Pros: 1. Completion of work on time 2. Designing part was good and explained clearly by the designer, Abhishek. However, modular work is limited, scope of design is restricted, cannot blame the designer. 3. Limited carpentry work done at home (generally only installation bit), so mess is less. All factory fitted 4. Workmanship was neat & clean, better than carpentry work. 5. Service provided while installing furniture was good 6. Good cleanup service after work installed 7. Follow up done by project manager to ensure that installation is fine. All issues were sorted immediately. 8. Visiting the EC was a nice experience Cons: 1. Changed from SS to Tandem in kitchen, due to which the size of drawers became smaller. This should have been clarified earlier, so an alternate could have been thought off. 2. Optimum utilization of space is limited as they have lots of fillers in modular work, which impacts storage space. Feedback: 1. Laminate colour options are limited 2. Most of the furniture is modular, so customization of size, design is limited 3. Relationship manager appointed at the start of the project left midway without intimation. No impact to project though. The execution was managed effectively by the Project Manager, Abhinay. Timelines were maintained. His approach, responsiveness and problem-solving mindset made a significant difference. The execution was carried out smoothly under his supervision. NoBroker Interiors is on the premium side for pricing. However, if you are looking at less running around, and want the project to be completed as promised, it is a good experience. Overall, I would recommend NoBroker Interiors as a dependable choice, particularly if strong execution and project management are your priorities. That said, there is still room for improvement in customization.

We recently had our 3BHK interiors done with NoBroker Interiors, and the overall experience has been excellent. We began the design phase well before moving in, and the designer gave us ample time and attention. Multiple layout options were created until we were fully satisfied with the final design and theme of the project. After completion, we are surprised to see that the actual color scheme and finish matched the 3D renders exactly. The material quality and overall finishing of the work have met our expectations, and we are very happy with the outcome.
