I recently engaged NoBroker Interiors for my home project in Bangalore, and overall, I am quite satisfied with the outcome. Design & Planning: The design phase was well-structured. My designer,Sruthi was attentive to my specific requirements regarding kitchen layout, wardrobe storage, or material choices like MDF/HDF]. They provided practical 3D visualizations that helped me clearly understand how the space would look before installation began. Execution & Quality: The execution team maintained a professional approach. I was particularly impressed with the project management by Vishal who ensured that the workflow was coordinated and that the materials used met the agreed-upon quality standards. The finish of the cabinets and woodwork is neat, and the installation was handled efficiently. Communication & Timelines: What I appreciated most was the transparency in communication. I received regular updates on the project's progress, which gave me peace of mind throughout the renovation. While there were some minor adjustments needed during the installation phase, the team was cooperative and addressed these tweaks without creating unnecessary delays.

Mrityunjay has handled project execution phase very well. he is very collaborative and approachable. this rating is only for mrutyunjay for project execution phase . nobroker sales team and design team are worst. i would give 0 rating to them. prakruthi and her manager soumya from sarjpauara design team are worst, they stop picking your call and reply to you after 100% payment. there were so many design issues done by prakruthi. if she is your designer, better not go with nobroker . you can do better your self than her. they have very very very limited color options for laminates, and you wil not like any. you should ask them to show laminate and if they are giving that exact laminate for the estimate they are quoting. you must take that in writing before paying single penny. nobroker is over all worst. i would suggest not to go ahead with them.

Overall, it was a very professional and positive experience working with the team. While the overall experience was very good, there was some confusion during the design phase. A few details were missed in the drawings prepared by the designer, and unfortunately, we also did not notice them while reviewing and cross-checking the final designs. Because of this, a few adjustments and tweaks had to be made during execution. However, the team was cooperative and handled the required changes smoothly without creating major issues. Apart from this minor setback, the entire experience was positive, and we appreciate the team’s effort, support, and commitment throughout the project.

I had a mix experience with No Broker interior service. Design wise my experience was very poor because of the designer. "Akash" who did the design removed many things without informing me. Things were mentioned in design docket but later he told it was not in their scope. But the execution was really good. Site manager "Govardhan" did a good job and finished the project on time. He and his team were always reachable and did a good work.

This review is from a couple who fights about everything haha. I wanted dark colors and modern look, my husband wanted light wood and earthy tones. The designer at Varthur center literally played mediator. She showed us a concept where the common areas (living room, kitchen) use light wooden textures that my husband likes, and the master bedroom uses the darker charcoal tones that I prefer. The kids room got a neutral palette with colorful accents. Everyone happy. She called it 'transitional design' where different zones have different personalities but connected by a common accent color (we chose teal). The 3D walkthrough she made showed exactly how it all flows together. I showed it to 3 friends and they all said it looks like something out of Architectural Digest. OK maybe I'm exaggerating a little but you get the point. We both love it.

We had a unique situation—our apartment has two different wall thicknesses in the kitchen area due to some builder construction issue. One wall is standard 4.5 inch and the adjacent one is 9 inch. The NoBroker Varthur team actually sent a measurement person who identified this variation and adjusted the cabinet depth design accordingly so both sides look flush from the front. Previous vendor we consulted didn't even notice this discrepancy during their site visit. The devil truly is in the details and NoBroker catches those devils.

Very good experience with NoBroker Interiors team. I appreciate the regular progress updates provides by the team, I was always informed about status of work which gave a complete peace of mind. The project work got completed as per the promised timeliness which was about 2 month from the date of first visit to showroom. The quality of workmanship of complete team is impressive. The execution was neat and clean, all members coordinated efficiently. What stood out is that I have never made any visit for monitoring or checking the status of work. If I were to suggest an area of improvement then it would be providing more guidance on suitable color combinations and design asthetics. Having expert recommendations on color schemes would have enhanced overall experience. Additionally price is slightly higher but considering the professionalism and hassle free experience it is worth the investment.

We are happy with the overall experience with NoBroker, especially with respect to the quality of work delivered. However, the pricing is slightly on the higher side compared to the market. We would especially like to appreciate the efforts of the Project Managers, Mr. Tabrez Pasha and Mr. Harsha, for their continuous support and coordination throughout the process. The development team has been very responsive and proactive in rectifying issues promptly whenever customers identify and report them, including support for replacements. We had our interior work done through NoBroker Interior last year, and I’d like to share an honest and straightforward review. Here are the aspects that matter most to me: 1. Design 2. Execution 3. Quality of Materials 4. Quality of Work 5. Adherence to Timeframe 6. Adherence to Commitments 7. Ownership and Proactiveness Considering all of the above: • 80% of the aspects exceeded my expectations, and I’m genuinely delighted with the results. • 10% met my expectations, and I’m satisfied with the outcome. • I was dissatisfied with 8–10% of the aspects. (I understand that the interior segment has its own challenges, but there is scope for improvement.) One thing I absolutely want to emphasize: I can fully trust them to give me the right advice. Time and again, I’ve noticed that when there’s a potential conflict between my best interests and increasing their invoice, their guidance has always been aligned with what’s best for me. That level of integrity really stands out. Kudos to the team for that! I also want to call out Shilpa Panchal, the Principal Designer, for her hard work, patience, and commitment to the project. P.S. My rating is 4.5 out of 5, but Google does not allow fractional ratings. Recently we had completed our interior work from Nobrokers. We had initial discussions to get our requirements understood by team and then design team - Sneha Phand mam helped us to get the 3D design based on our discussions. The important part was accommodating all the requirements that too managing the overall design within our budget. Once the design phase was completed we entered the execution phase and I really want to thank Mahesh Sharma who has managed the project delivery excellently. I rarely visited the site during the execution as I was very busy in my office work but I was getting daily updates from him and he has excellently co ordinated with all the members like carpenters electrician and other working team and delivered our dream home within the agreed timelines. It was really nice to work with Mahesh Sharma and team and I will definitely recommend Nobroker for interior projects.
