I recently engaged NoBroker Interiors for my home project in Bangalore, and overall, I am quite satisfied with the outcome. Design & Planning: The design phase was well-structured. My designer,Sruthi was attentive to my specific requirements regarding kitchen layout, wardrobe storage, or material choices like MDF/HDF]. They provided practical 3D visualizations that helped me clearly understand how the space would look before installation began. Execution & Quality: The execution team maintained a professional approach. I was particularly impressed with the project management by Vishal who ensured that the workflow was coordinated and that the materials used met the agreed-upon quality standards. The finish of the cabinets and woodwork is neat, and the installation was handled efficiently. Communication & Timelines: What I appreciated most was the transparency in communication. I received regular updates on the project's progress, which gave me peace of mind throughout the renovation. While there were some minor adjustments needed during the installation phase, the team was cooperative and addressed these tweaks without creating unnecessary delays.

Mrityunjay has handled project execution phase very well. he is very collaborative and approachable. this rating is only for mrutyunjay for project execution phase . nobroker sales team and design team are worst. i would give 0 rating to them. prakruthi and her manager soumya from sarjpauara design team are worst, they stop picking your call and reply to you after 100% payment. there were so many design issues done by prakruthi. if she is your designer, better not go with nobroker . you can do better your self than her. they have very very very limited color options for laminates, and you wil not like any. you should ask them to show laminate and if they are giving that exact laminate for the estimate they are quoting. you must take that in writing before paying single penny. nobroker is over all worst. i would suggest not to go ahead with them.

This review is from a couple who fights about everything haha. I wanted dark colors and modern look, my husband wanted light wood and earthy tones. The designer at Varthur center literally played mediator. She showed us a concept where the common areas (living room, kitchen) use light wooden textures that my husband likes, and the master bedroom uses the darker charcoal tones that I prefer. The kids room got a neutral palette with colorful accents. Everyone happy. She called it 'transitional design' where different zones have different personalities but connected by a common accent color (we chose teal). The 3D walkthrough she made showed exactly how it all flows together. I showed it to 3 friends and they all said it looks like something out of Architectural Digest. OK maybe I'm exaggerating a little but you get the point. We both love it.

We had a unique situation—our apartment has two different wall thicknesses in the kitchen area due to some builder construction issue. One wall is standard 4.5 inch and the adjacent one is 9 inch. The NoBroker Varthur team actually sent a measurement person who identified this variation and adjusted the cabinet depth design accordingly so both sides look flush from the front. Previous vendor we consulted didn't even notice this discrepancy during their site visit. The devil truly is in the details and NoBroker catches those devils.

Overall, I had a very good experience with NoBroker Interiors. The wardrobe quality, finishing, and timely delivery were excellent and met my expectations. The only major issue was with the wardrobe dimensions. We had specifically requested a particular depth and width so that we could use IKEA accessories. However, the designer mistakenly ordered different dimensions, which meant we had to purchase custom accessories from an outside vendor at a significant additional cost. That said, I truly appreciate the designer for taking ownership of the mistake. She was always available, responsive, and genuinely tried her best to help by searching for compatible accessories online. A special mention to our Project Manager, Chandru. He was extremely supportive throughout the project and was always quick to respond to calls and messages. His professionalism and commitment made the overall experience much smoother. Compared to Livspace, NoBroker's service is far better and highly commendable. In fact, I only wish we had chosen NoBroker for our kitchen as well. Unfortunately, we went with Livspace, which turned out to be one of our biggest home renovation regrets and a poor use of our hard-earned money. Despite the wardrobe sizing issue, I would definitely recommend NoBroker Interiors for their quality, customer support, and overall service experience.

Very good experience with NoBroker Interiors team. I appreciate the regular progress updates provides by the team, I was always informed about status of work which gave a complete peace of mind. The project work got completed as per the promised timeliness which was about 2 month from the date of first visit to showroom. The quality of workmanship of complete team is impressive. The execution was neat and clean, all members coordinated efficiently. What stood out is that I have never made any visit for monitoring or checking the status of work. If I were to suggest an area of improvement then it would be providing more guidance on suitable color combinations and design asthetics. Having expert recommendations on color schemes would have enhanced overall experience. Additionally price is slightly higher but considering the professionalism and hassle free experience it is worth the investment.

We would especially like to appreciate the efforts of the Project Managers, Mr. Tabrez Pasha and Mr. Harsha, for their continuous support and coordination throughout the process. The development team has been very responsive and proactive in rectifying issues promptly whenever customers identify and report them, including support for replacements. However, maintaining timelines often required continuous follow-ups from our side. We request the team to improve proactive timeline management and adherence to committed schedules.
