Mrityunjay has handled project execution phase very well. he is very collaborative and approachable. this rating is only for mrutyunjay for project execution phase . nobroker sales team and design team are worst. i would give 0 rating to them. prakruthi and her manager soumya from sarjpauara design team are worst, they stop picking your call and reply to you after 100% payment. there were so many design issues done by prakruthi. if she is your designer, better not go with nobroker . you can do better your self than her. they have very very very limited color options for laminates, and you wil not like any. you should ask them to show laminate and if they are giving that exact laminate for the estimate they are quoting. you must take that in writing before paying single penny. nobroker is over all worst. i would suggest not to go ahead with them.

He consistently provided daily updates along with photos and videos, which kept us informed about the progress at every stage. His communication and transparency gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind during the project. What truly stood out was his dedication and availability — he was always reachable on phone, even during holidays and outside regular working hours, whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Overall, it was a very professional and positive experience working with the team. While the overall experience was very good, there was some confusion during the design phase. A few details were missed in the drawings prepared by the designer, and unfortunately, we also did not notice them while reviewing and cross-checking the final designs. Because of this, a few adjustments and tweaks had to be made during execution. However, the team was cooperative and handled the required changes smoothly without creating major issues. Apart from this minor setback, the entire experience was positive, and we appreciate the team’s effort, support, and commitment throughout the project.

I had a mix experience with No Broker interior service. Design wise my experience was very poor because of the designer. "Akash" who did the design removed many things without informing me. Things were mentioned in design docket but later he told it was not in their scope. But the execution was really good. Site manager "Govardhan" did a good job and finished the project on time. He and his team were always reachable and did a good work.
