Property owners in Navi Mumbai are required to pay NMMC an annual tax known as the NMMC property tax. The NMMC property tax revenue is a significant source of income for the municipal entity and is used to fund development projects in the satellite city. 

According to my knowledge, around Rs 200 per square metre (built-up area) is the Navi Mumbai property tax name change rate for residential properties (Flats).
