  Department of Urban Development and Municipal Affairs, Government of West Bengal

• Select Citizen Tab

• Click on New Registration 

• Fill in all the details like name, age, email and others

• Click on Submit

• Tap on the Login option next

• Select Name Change in the Water Connection option from Water, Sewer/Drain Connection

• Enter AIN or Buyer Mobile Number

• Click on Submit

• Fill in all the details in the form next like applicant type, name, address and others

• Then tap the Owner Declaration Check box and select Save
