Shimoga Municipal Tax Online Payment

The Shimoga property tax payment can be done online through the online portal of Shivamogga City Corporation. Let me tell you how.

1. Go to the

   Official Website of Shivamogga City Municipal Corporation.

2. On the homepage, you will be able to see the option of ‘Property Tax’.

3. Click on the option and you will be redirected to a new page.

4. On the new page, you will be able to see the option to see your property details.

5. There are two ways to see your property details. One is through PID and one is through Criteria.

6. If you have your PID, you can enter to see your property details and proceed to pay your property taxes.

7. If you don't know your PID, then use search by criteria i.e. your ward no. and Old Assessment No. or New Assessment No and then click the ‘Search’ button. Then you will get the property details.

8. There is a third option on the bottom of the page as ‘Now Pay Property Tax By UPI’.

9. If you choose that option, a new page will appear where you will have to enter details like your PID or Property Identification Number and the Assessment Year and click on the ‘Fetch Bill’ option.

10.  You will then be able to see your property tax bill and make a payment accordingly.
