How to pay water bill online in Bangalore?

Last month, I paid my water bill in Bangalore through the official KarnatakaOne website. The process was very easy, and I completed the payment online without visiting an office. I used my BWSSB RR Number to check my bill details and then made the payment through the available payment gateway. Here are the simple steps I followed so you can easily pay your water bill online in Bangalore.

How to Pay Water Bill Online in Bangalore?

1. First, go to the official KarnatakaOne website or open the KarnatakaOne app. Then, go to the Services section and select Water Bill Online. (

2. Next, find the Search for RR Number field. Enter the RR Number printed on your previous BWSSB water bill. Then, click the green Search button to get your bill details.

3. The website will show details such as your consumer name, address, bill number, bill date, and bill amount. I checked these details carefully before making the payment.

4. If you do not have a KarnatakaOne login, you can pay as a guest. Enter your mobile number in the Guest Mobile Number section. This step is optional. If you already have a profile, you can log in and continue.

5. Next, tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions. You need to accept them before continuing.

6. Choose NTT DATA Payment Services or Razorpay. Then select UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking.

7. Finally, check your bill details again and click Continue for Payment. Complete the payment using your preferred method.

3. Select between the option OTP to Mobile number or OTP to mail ID

4. Tap on Send OTP

5. View the Bill, Select the Mode of Payment and Proceed
