Residents of Maharashtra can purchase affordable housing through the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Scheme. The MHADA program uses a lottery approach to distribute affordable homes. I got a flat via the MHADA lottery and recently got possession after paying the price and all necessary taxes. How to pay MHADA maintenance online? 

• Visit the

  MHADA website

  , and click on Citizen Corner. Once the user clicks on the Citizen Corner button, he/she will get multiple options on the screen. 

• The user can click on MBRRB E-Billing System Button to get two options; RT-E-Billing & TC-E-Billing Buttons.

• RT tenants should click on the RT E-Billing button.

• After this you will be redirected to the URL:

  RR Board E-Billing|MHADA

  , enter the Consumer number, select ward, colony & click on Submit button. 

• After the user clicks the submit button, the system will land them on the invoice page where they can view the most recent invoice that was generated.

• After clicking on the next button the system will lead the user to the payments page. 

• The user should now select the month and year for which the user wants to make the payment.  

• The amount to be paid for the selected month will be presented after choosing the month and year.  

• By selecting the "View Details" option, the user can view the payment's specifics.  

• The user will be able to click the pay button once they have selected and verified all the information. 

• When a user clicks the pay button, the system directs them to the Bank page, where they can choose from the following methods of payment:

1. UPI

2. Debit card

3. Credit card

• When a user clicks the pay button, the system directs them to the Bank page, where they can choose from the following methods of payment.

• The system will produce a receipt once the payment has been made successfully.  From the screen, the user will be able to download and print.
