Well, let me tell you that, in such cases, you can file a complaint with the banking ombudsman. I want you to know that you can file a complaint before the Banking Ombudsman if you don’t receive a reply from the bank within 1 month after filing a complaint or if you are not satisfied with their response, or if the bank rejects the complaint. The Banking Ombudsman doesn’t charge any fee for filing and resolving the complaints of customers. Just write your complaint on a paper and mail it to the Banking Ombudsman along with the required documents.
