After the property gets registered in your name, you will be able to pay the taxes. However if that does not happen, what you can do i to carry some documents like:

  • Receipt of the last tax payment

  • An attested copy of the gift deed transfer certificate

  • NOC from housing society

  • Duly filled application form signed by you

Just submit these documents to the Commissioner of Revenue and within a month, the change in property tax name will be evident.
