The Project Manager, Vijay Kumar was very cooperative and helpful during execution. However, the factory finish and production time lines need some improvements which is more on company side. Overall, the workmanship is decent and would advise to others.

He was always calm, responsive, and proactive in resolving issues. Really appreciate his professionalism! The only concern was that the production phase took longer than initially expected. However, the overall experience was still satisfactory.

Had a good experience with No Broker. special mention for Vishal who’s been coordinating with us throughout while in different cities . No broker has used very good materials to set up the modular kitchen and wardrobes .. only part i would highlight is post support , only vishal the PM was in touch rest of the team were difficult to get hold off . As we are having some refund .

I recently engaged NoBroker Interiors for my home project in Bangalore, and overall, I am quite satisfied with the outcome. ​Design & Planning: The design phase was well-structured. My designer,Sruthi was attentive to my specific requirements regarding kitchen layout, wardrobe storage, or material choices like MDF/HDF]. They provided practical 3D visualizations that helped me clearly understand how the space would look before installation began. ​Execution & Quality: The execution team maintained a professional approach. I was particularly impressed with the project management by Vishal who ensured that the workflow was coordinated and that the materials used met the agreed-upon quality standards. The finish of the cabinets and woodwork is neat, and the installation was handled efficiently. ​Communication & Timelines: What I appreciated most was the transparency in communication. I received regular updates on the project's progress, which gave me peace of mind throughout the renovation. While there were some minor adjustments needed during the installation phase, the team was cooperative and addressed these tweaks without creating unnecessary delays.

Mrityunjay has handled project execution phase very well. he is very collaborative and approachable. this rating is only for mrutyunjay for project execution phase . nobroker sales team and design team are worst. i would give 0 rating to them. prakruthi and her manager soumya from sarjpauara design team are worst, they stop picking your call and reply to you after 100% payment. there were so many design issues done by prakruthi. if she is your designer, better not go with nobroker . you can do better your self than her. they have very very very limited color options for laminates, and you wil not like any. you should ask them to show laminate and if they are giving that exact laminate for the estimate they are quoting. you must take that in writing before paying single penny. nobroker is over all worst. i would suggest not to go ahead with them.

The execution team coordinated efficiently, responded promptly to our requirements, and ensured that every stage of the project was handled smoothly. The execution phase of the project was very smooth and well managed from start to finish. The entire team coordinated efficiently, ensuring that the work progressed as planned and was completed on time. A special mention to Project Manager Dushyanth, who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process. He consistently provided daily updates along with photos and videos, which kept us informed about the progress at every stage. His communication and transparency gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind during the project. What truly stood out was his dedication and availability — he was always reachable on phone, even during holidays and outside regular working hours, whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Overall, it was a very professional and positive experience working with the team. While the overall experience was very good, there was some confusion during the design phase. A few details were missed in the drawings prepared by the designer, and unfortunately, we also did not notice them while reviewing and cross-checking the final designs. Because of this, a few adjustments and tweaks had to be made during execution. However, the team was cooperative and handled the required changes smoothly without creating major issues. Apart from this minor setback, the entire experience was positive, and we appreciate the team’s effort, support, and commitment throughout the project.
