Oh damn!

When a buyer declares insolvency and bankruptcy, the buyers are usually on a suffering end. The thing is when builder’s financial position is analyzed and recovery/liquidation is made, the first benefit will go to the builder's creditors; banks and financial institutes. But buyers can raise claims via Form F issued by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). This form can help you get refund/possession/damages due to non-possession of property.
