I moved here to cut rent while staying close to my office. Though its a great area but traffic is a big issue as it gets crowded during peak hours.

I bought a 2BHK for rental purpose here and so far the returns have been good.

We have been here for the last 15 years and have seen it change by quite a lot. The roads have become wider and utilities have developed. But amid all of that the traffic issue still remains the same and water logging infront of our house is still the same. Dom't know what elese can be done to get this relosved.

There are no big malls, but local shops and markets meet daily needs and its close to Indiranagar.

We bought this house when the area was less developed. Schools, colleges are not that close but its manageable. It becomes quite loud during peak hours becuase of all the honking.
