I visited this area last week as I was on house-hunting venture. My office is in Indiranagar, so I was looking for some rental options in nearby localities. This one's 2.5 km from my office, and had so many good spacious apartments at good prices. I've got a lot of options from here. The only thing I found was the lack of green spaces and parking spots here, as lanes are congested.

Renting in Kodihalli is a smart decision, as it's close to posh areas like Indiranagar and Koramangala, and much cheaper than those localities. You get metro access and other transportation facilities easily, making commuting real easy in Bangalore. I often go to Church street via metro and it's very economical too.

Living here for the past 7 years, and I have found this locality strangely calming. It has that residential serenity but also urban conveniences like local markets and malls. All of this makes things very easier.

Real estate market is promising here, so investing in a property will always be a good decision. I myself bought a 2 BHK residential property here in 2022, and the prices have gone up by 27% now. Good things about the locality is - metro access, safety, good road connectivity, close to IT parks and commercial hubs, and great social infrastructure too.

As a tenant, I find the location good for professionals. I work in Indiranagar, and commuting is very easy for me.Rental options are much cheaper than Indiranagar. It's sometimes hard to find parking spots in some lanes, but it's rarely a problem for me. Waterlogging issues can be persistent.
