Chose this area because it’s peaceful and super close to my office in Domlur. BMTC bus connectivity is solid, and even the autos aren’t overpriced here. Rent is a bit on the higher side but worth it for the vibe. Trees, clean footpaths, and a calm feel overall.
We chose this area because it’s developed but not over-crowded. Most buyers overlook it due to flashier nearby areas, but that’s what makes it stable. Water supply and electricity are rarely an issue. A good spot for conservative investors like us.
We stay on the ground floor and rent out the upper portion. Tenants come easily, usually professionals working in nearby IT areas. Cleanliness is decent, and we’ve got a lovely park nearby. No major issues with civic amenities either.
