3) Use Damp Proof paint, diluted in water at a 3:1 ratio, to apply a self-priming coat.

4) Without diluting it, apply two parallel layers of Damp Proof paint. Apply Joint Tapes to corners and joints as soon as the material is moist. 

5) Allow each application to dry for 4-6 hours.
