How to pay BBMP property tax online?

I have been living in Bangalore for five years, and I pay my BBMP tax online. Easy step-by-step guide on how to pay BBMP property tax:

• Go to the official portal of BBMP property tax

  https://bbmptax.karnataka.gov.in/

• Enter your Property Identification Number (PIN) or SAS Application Number and tap on 'fetch'. You will get all the details of the property owner displayed on your screen.

• Click 'Proceed' and you will be directed to fill Form IV.

• If you need to make changes tick the box on the screen and tap on 'proceed'. You will be directed to Form 5 after this.

• After this select the payment option for the online mode. You can pay via debit/credit card or net banking. After paying the due amount, you can generate a receipt. Do not lose it.
