How do I change the owner's name in property tax bill of NMMC?

The process to change the name in the property tax bill in NNMC is very easy. Just carry some documents like the

• Last tax paid bill receipt

• Attested copy of the sale transaction that has your name

• NOC from the housing society

• Application form with our signature

And submit all these to the Commissioner of Revenue. Once the officials verify all these, your name will get changed within 15 to 30 days.
