I have been living in Thambu Chetty Palya for almost a year now. The metro station is just a short walk away, which makes daily commute very easy. There are plenty of small cafes and street food stalls. The rent is affordable. Traffic during peak hours can be a bit frustrating.

The metro station is near. I see good rental demand. The infrastructure is improving slowly, though roads are still narrow.

Living here has been mostly good. The neighbourhood is lively and friendly. Roads are narrow and traffic can be bad during peak hours. But the metro station nearby helps a lot. There are markets, shops, and clinics within walking distance. The area could be cleaner, but I feel safe here.

Thambu Chetty Palya is a busy place with a lot of shops and markets around. Roads are narrow and often crowded, especially during office hours, so I try to avoid driving during that time. There are good clinics nearby.

I do not live here, but I rent out my property. Tenants are mostly young working professionals. They like the good connectivity. Maintenance is manageable. The locality is not very posh. It is green and safe.
