The rental properties here are so much affordable than most parts in Bangalore. I got a 1 BHK for Rs 10,000 and it's close to my office too. but there isn't much lifestyle amenities here. feels a bit outdated

The area is still developing. in monsoon I get a bit worried about drainage around Kithaganur Lake

The area has potential to appreciate more in future. roads are not in best shape but the growing infrastricture and the fact that it's close to tech parks gives hope

it’s quite convenient for families but if you're into nightlife and parties, this will feel boring and laidback. Not the premium side of Bangalore
