I love the cafe buzz here. its vibrant and very socially stimulating. Groceries, malls, gyms, etc are nearby too. Its super convenient for me

Ambali is in Jogeshwari west and has a strong potential to appreciate well but the competition is just too high. There are many high end localities nearby in andheri so there's spillover demand. But on the good side, the affordability factor keeps the tenant flow steady

My only problem with this area is the construction noise and the constant honking. Maybe if you choose an inner lane with a quiet neighborhood, this wont be a problem

Its a safe and lovely area. Nice social life here with all the cafes, event spaces, clubs, etc But rent is steep and not really budget friendly

Ambivali is a great residential neighborhood. Maintainence charges are a lot but honestly, it feels practical and since close to andheri, it has high end properties at fairly reasonable price

Flats here get occupied quickly, specially by peope in IT. Prices are affordable compared to Whitefield core but older buildings have limited amenities.

I visiuted a friend’s new flat and the area seemed to be good but inner lanes seemed to be dirty.

The area is less commercial chaos compared to IT hubs. Schools and groceries are close by and I really love the area.

Bought a unit to give for rent. It is close to EPIP and ITPL and has scope for long-term appreciation.

The area is good and I have been staying here for around 6 years now.
