Good place if you’re on a budget and need to stay central. Buses an autos are easily available. Can get noisy, especially during peak hours.

Bought a flat in 2016 and it has appreciated nicely as the market is active here. Slightly messy streets, but location makes up for it. Still waiting on promised road improvements.

Living here is convenient for techies. Groceries, gyms, clinics are all within reach. But traffic near the main road is a headache. Inner lanes are calm though.

Prices here have plateaued a bit. Rented out a 1BHK, but appreciation has slowed. Still, as a rental hub, it’s dependable with the tech crowd around.
