You’ll find basic amenities like local shops, clinics, and BMTC buses, but it lacks bigger hospitals, supermarkets, parks, and entertainment spots. Roads and public transport need development and there’s no metro nearby. It’s peaceful and suitable for families and retirees who prefer a calm environment and investors looking to invest for long terms.

It's a semi-rural area with low demand and feel deserted at night. But love the peaceful and green environment away from traffoc

As someone working in East Bangalore, the commute is manageable but there's limited shops or cafes nearby

The area is very underdeveloped and lack basic infrastructure. once connectivity to Bangalore East improves it may gain traction but present-day liquidity is low and resale also might take time

Public transport is practically nil here. i mostly rely on autos which is also difficult to get. You must have your own vehicle to move around from here
