Muneshwara Layout, Laggere is an affordable residential area with good access to buses, shops, and daily essentials, making it suitable for families and working professionals.

The area is easy to reach and has basic facilities nearby, though it feels crowded and busy at times. Traffic congestion is common for this area.

Its a peaceful locality with decent amenities. There are a few grocery stores and small eateries nearby. The roads however are in bad condition abd need some work.

The demand for rentals here is picking up but the yields aren’t that high.

My house here sees decent demand, but parking remains a headache. Streets are narrow and traffic builds up quickly during peak hours.

It's a budget-friendly place to stay, and BMTC connectivity is decent. Parks or open spaces nearby are less though.

Property value has gone up a bit, but lack of infrastructure improvements might cap future appreciation. I am holding it for now.
