I moved to Margondanahalli 8 months back for work. The area is developing fast. Decent public transport, buses are regular. I use my Activa mostly, parking hasn’t been an issue so far. I love the fact that it’s not too noisy, even on weekends. Grocery stores and clinics are close.

Rented here last year ‘cause it’s close to my office in Whitefield. Metro’s not too far, and even cabs are easy to get. Roads inside Margondanahalli are okay, but the traffic towards main roads gets a bit much during peak time. What I really like is the number of new cafes and small eateries popping up. Gym is nearby too.

This place has grown so much since we first moved. Earlier, roads were narrow and patchy, but now there’s better connectivity. Local shops, ATMs, even a mini mall has come up. The neighborhood is quite peaceful, and people are friendly. Our apartment complex has good security too.

I bought a 2BHK flat in Margondanahalli three years ago. Back then, it was still upcoming, but now I see good appreciation. Rental demand is picking up due to the IT crowd working in Whitefield and KR Puram.

I came to visit my cousin last weekend. Roads leading to Margondanahalli are better than I expected. Inside the area, a bit narrow in places, but not too much traffic. Felt safe even while leaving around 9:30 PM. Lights on the street were working, which is good.
