Social life is pretty good here. But basic needs like water supply is erratic during summer and we have had powercut issues as well many days.

Kundalahalli is a well known area. The best thing about living here is you are close to Brookfield and yet live a cost effective and peaceful life. Commuting doesnt take much time in the morning if you leave early but evening traffic is the worst part

I think what Kundalahalli is most known for is the lake area and the IT hubs nearby.Honestly, its a good option if you want a budget friendly flat and live close to tech areas. But the footpaths are crazy here and walking is next to impossible

Kundalahalli is great for IT professionals. it is literally in between brookfield and whitefield, two of the most known IT hubs in bangalore. Yes it comes with the insane level of traffic and bad road conditions so that's a drawback. still its a vibrant area

There are many new apartment projects here and honestly, its am attractive investment zone in Bangalore. There is growth here but road infrastructure needs serious attention, otherwise it will slow down the appreciation

Damaged Roads, mismanaged water supply and extreme traffic. High rents, poor cleanliness.

Love how close everything is—markets, malls, offices. Very good locality

Public transport is decent, yet buses get super crowded during office hours

Area is safe hence getting tenants are not that hard

When I came here two years back, rent was affordable, but now the prices are going way too high.

I like the fact that shops are open late; that makes the area safe, but loud vehicle horns do ruin the peace
