This is a residential area with a peaceful atmosphere, despite the urban development and ongoing projects. The people of Thubarahalli come from diverse backgrounds, faiths, and religions. Thubarahalli was a smart choice for me. I bought a flat back in 2013, and rent has doubled since then. Still affordable compared to neighbouring areas. Varthur Road has traffic, but this area is close to many tech hubs. Value appreciation is slow but steady. Holding long term.
Thubarahalli has everything I need, gyms, bakeries, cafes, even a yoga studio nearby. I use the Varthur Road bus route for my commute to Marathahalli, which is easy. It’s not super clean, but not too bad either. Weekends, I walk to Forum Mall or Brookfield. Rents are lower than Whitefield.
We have a 2BHK that we rent out. It stays occupied most of the time. Tenants are usually techies. The road outside can get jammed, but location is convenient. Nearby Brookfield Mall adds value. Maintenance by the apartment association is good. Safety has improved over the years.
I purchased a 1BHK here last year. The area is full of tech workers and bachelors, so getting tenants isn’t a problem. Location-wise, it's close to Whitefield, Varthur and Marathahalli. Prices are still manageable. There’s a bit of congestion, but I think in 5 years this area will see good value rise.

I’ve been renting here for 1.5 years. It’s close to Whitefield, so my daily commute to work is short, takes 10-15 minutes max. You get decent flats for fair rent. Area is full of working professionals. The only issue is traffic during peak hours, but I manage with my bike. Supermarkets and food joints are all close by.
