I've been renting a 2BHK in Kadugondanahalli for 8 months. The main reason I chose this area is affordability. It’s cheaper than Frazer Town or Banaswadi but still decently connected. Autos are easy to find and buses run often. Roads are narrow in some lanes, but it’s manageable.

Bought a 1BHK as a second investment here. Prices are not too high, and location has basic infrastructure. There’s a good mix of communities, and tenants are usually long-term. It’s not a fancy place, but demand is strong due to closeness to city centre.

I work near Ulsoor and found K.G. Halli practical for daily commute. There’s no metro yet, but buses from Hennur and Mosque Road help. The locality has a mix of old and new buildings. Supermarkets, clinics, even salons are nearby.

We shifted from Shivajinagar years ago and settled here. The best part about K.G. Halli is that it has both community feeling and city access. I can reach Commercial Street or RT Nagar in 20 minutes. Friday traffic can be heavy near the mosque, but otherwise it's fine. Affordable place to live.

I built a house with two rental units here. Tenants are usually working-class or students. Everything from milk booths to ATMs is nearby. It’s not a quiet zone, but never unsafe. Garbage collection is sometimes irregular, but it’s being worked on by BBMP.
