I love that Richards Town is so green and peaceful. It's rare to find such tree-lined roads and old-world charm in the middle of the city. There’s no metro station in Richards Town itself so you have to rely on autos or buses.

Lovely area with all basic amenities nearby. It's also a great cultural spot with Bengaluru Palace just 15 mins away from here. Church street is also 6 km away.

Richards Town is one of the most stable micro-markets in Bangalore. Rental demand is strong and capital appreciation is decent too. But the area does not have many gated communities or high-rise options

The area is calm and welcoming. My workplace in Ulsoor is also close, takes me around 15 mins to commute. Safety is also a big plus here even at night. Traffic can be hectic at times but overall, a nice place

Property tax and maintenance costs are high, especially for old bungalows. Also, the roads can get congested with vehicles parked on both sides, especially on Sundays. On the good side, the area is safe and perfect for families. It's also a great place for kids with Richards park nearby and some cultural spots too.
