My flat gets tenants easily and its value has grown steadily, not dramatically. Roads and drainage could be better though.

The flats here are kind of good but there is water issue in summer and waterlogging during rainy days.

I bought a resale property and put it up for rent. So far the demand has been good but only issue is that they are short term.

This is not a posh locality but there are multiple parks and the area is clean. Waterlogging issue is there during rainy days.

I visited this place when I was house hunting. Seemed like a nice place but roads are narrow and puboic transport seemed less.

JC Nagar is a well-connected locality. Buses and autos are available all the time. Small shops and darshinis help with daily food needs. The area feels busy but okay.

I stay in Kamala Nagar and really like the convenience. Orion Mall and Mantri Square are not too far. Roads are decent, and daily shopping is easy. The area feels safe and lively. It suits working professionals like me.
