I've been staying here for about a year. The locality is calm and is close to Frazer Town and Shivajinagar. The only issue is traffic on nearby main roads during peak hours.

This is more like a peaceful sare compared to other nearby areas. It’s close various to schools and hospitals, bit finding a good park or open space nearby is a bit of a challenge unless you head out further.

Many old homes are giving way to builder floors or compact apartments. While returns are not immediate, there’s value in long-term hold here.

I love the overall vibe of the area but the traffic is what makes me irritated here.

We rarely face water issues or power cuts, here which is a very big thing right now. This area is close to places like Commercial Street and MG Road.
