Purchased a property in Anandapura last year due to affordable prices and upcoming infrastructure. With new roads and commercial projects planned, it promises good capital appreciation over the next 5 years but frequent powercuts make things irritating at times.

I am living in Anandapura for six months now. I enjoy a quiet neighborhood with plenty of greenery and fresh air. It has good connectivity to main roads but there is limited public transport options. I have to struggle a lot to book auto and really hate it.

The community is friendly and close-knit. Schools and hospitals are accessible within 10-15 minutes. Despite being slightly away from the city center, it offers a balanced lifestyle with nature around. Traffic congestion is a porblem here but can't say anything. The entire city face this issue.

It is a safe and secure neighborhood with gated communities.However, the area lacks proper traffic management, power cuts are frequent and not all area, especially the inner roads are well-lit. These are bothersome to me.

It’s a good weekend getaway spot within Bangalore, especially for nature lovers. Not much nightlife, so better suited for quiet visits. I have been there twice and liked the area. The only problem I faced was stray dogs. They bark and follow a lot and I am really scared of them.

Owning a home in Anandapura has been rewarding. The neighborhood feels secure with well-maintained parks and clean surroundings. The development is slow though but due to steady rental demand, I enjoy good monthly income. Roads are not well-maintained but overall, the area is good to live in.
