Did you try seeking legal route? I think you should send a legal notice for eviction. The tenant will have to respond to that. If that doesn’t work, file a police complaint and a legal suit against the tenant.

You can produce the proof of lease agreement that you signed, in fact the text messages and call records will also speak in your favour.
