I brought site in nelmagala , now I want to make khata transfer what is the procedure

To get e khata you will have to use Sakala services by the Government of Karnataka if I am not wrong. You will also need to submit the following documents:

• Title deed and sale deed

• Copies of property tax receipts paid previously

• Proof of improvement charges paid

• Occupancy certificate

• Blueprint of property and location
