Purchase a medium grey colour and paint the wall with arched brush strokes.
Take a wet cloth and smooth and soften the edges and strokes.
Take a scrounge-up wet cloth and start dabbing on the extra part.
Take a dry block brush and start painting the wall with vertical strokes in white colour. You can also use very light grey paint.
Smooth the white paint with a wet cloth.
Try to paint smaller sections to get that evenly smooth surface. Step back from a distance at regular intervals to see if the faux texture painting looks appropriate on the wall.
