Hello Gayatri. I have booked a  3 BHK home in this society and would like to share my Bhartiya Nikoo Homes 6 Phase 1 review. The property is present in Maruthi Nagar in Kogilu. The society is quite big, spanning across 4.6 acres, with 3 buildings comprising 365 flats. In the Bhartiya Nikoo Homes 6 Phase 1 unit configuration, you’ll find 1, 2, 2,5, 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK flats. There’s a good space for parking two and four-wheelers with professional security staff at the gates.

The Bhartiya Nikoo Homes 6 Phase 1 unit size is another significant aspect of the house. The carpet area of the 3 BHK house is 1349 sq. ft., which is spacious. Overall, it’s a good place to have a home. So, if you are considering a flat in Kogilu, this is a nice option.

Hi there. We recently went to see the 2 BHK apartment on sale in this property. There were a lot of things that caught our eye. One such was the amenities on offer. There’s a tennis court, park, library, indoor games area, rainwater harvesting plant, amphitheatre, maintenance staff and more. The flats are Vastu compliant, which is another quality we prefer. We checked for the Bhartiya Nikoo Homes 6 Phase 1 RERA number to be sure of the legal approvals and found the number to be PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/160124/006543. So we were relieved by the legal aspect. We liked the property overall but wanted to ensure that the possession schedule matches ours. So, we asked for the tentative date and it aligned with our preference. The Bhartiya Nikoo Homes 6 Phase 1 possession date is January 2029.
