How to apply for possession certificate?

A legal document which states that the seller is transferring ownership rights to the buyer after obtaining a certain amount of payment. To apply for possession certificate you will need the following documents:

• Scanned copy of lease deed/sale deed

• Photo ID

• Address Proof

• Income certificate

• Go to the official website of seva sindhu services at

  https://sevasindhuservices.karnataka.gov.in/directApply.do?serviceId=44

• Login using login ID and OTP/Password

• Share the details as required

• Pay the service charge of Rs. 30 and submit your application

• You will need to submit scanned copy of lease deed, sale deed, photo ID and Address proof

The application service time is 7 days.

To apply for possession certificate in Andhra Pradesh, you will have to download the possession certificate application form and fill it. Submit the form to the revenue officer.
