Sobha Dream Acres is located on Varthur Road, Panathur, East Bangalore. It's close to Whitefield - just 5 kms. RMZ Ecospace on outer ring road is 8 kms from Sobha Dream Acres.
The road which connects the apartment to Outer Ring Road is Balagere - Panathur Road. There is one railway underbridge through which one vehicle can pass at a time as the road is very narrow. This causes huge traffic jams in the peak hour. The jam lasts till ORR.
Also, water tankers cause lot of nuisance on the roads, carrying water from this water rich area.
The road construction or widening is not on the cards for coming 2-3 years. Please be vary of investing in sobha dream acres. Don't fall for false promises made by sales team as far as road construction is concerned.
