I shifted to Waliv for a job nearby. Rent is very affordable. Shared autos and buses are easy to get. It's a calm place with basic shops around. Not very fancy, but works for daily life.

Bought a 1BHK for rental in 2021. Demand is strong due to low rents and working population. Tenants mostly stay long-term. Appreciation is slow but steady. It is good for passive income.

Own a flat here, but don’t stay. Tenants are mostly working-class families. Area is okay but gets waterlogged in heavy rains. You will get basic facilities only.

Peaceful locality. I work remotely, so this place suits me well. Schools, markets and groceries are nearby, and it’s much quieter than other parts of Mumbai. Vasai station is about 15 minutes away.

We settled here to avoid city chaos. Peaceful, green patches nearby, and rent is low. Everything we need is close.
