I like that Visthar still has a village-like charm with modern touches. It’s not crowded, and evenings are quiet but you need to have vehicle to move around.

I work in Manyata Tech Park, and driving there isn't that bad. Not many big stores yet, but basic needs are all nearby.

Rents here are low compared to nearby areas like Hennur. The locality has a residential vibe, with a lot of independent houses. It’s a bit isolated but safe and clean.

Rental demand is gradually rising thanks to spillover from Hennur and Thanisandra. It's not saturated, which makes it attractive if you're okay with a wait-and-watch investment.

It’s peaceful and green, ideal for families. The area is still growing, so you need your own vehicle for daily commutes.
