Veerannapalya has great rental options. PGs, apartments and societies are plenty and rent is still better than core areas of Bangalore. but theres no metro nearby, so transport is somewhat exhausting if you want to go to cafes or good brewaries

Veerannapalya is growing fast and will become a hotspot soon if connectivity improves. having a house here is peaceful and safe. area is convenient . there are many schools, hospitals nearby. Also places like Hebbal and Kodigehalli are very close

Was here for a doctor’s appointment. Roads were wide enough, and traffic wasn’t too bad that day. The locality has plenty of medical stores, clinics, and even a decent supermarket nearby. Feels busy but organised.

I’ve been living in Veerannapalya for about 8 months now. What works best is the connectivity. Hebbal, Nagavara, and Manyata Tech Park are all within a short drive. Autos are easily available, and there's decent bus access too. Food joints and groceries are close, though I wish the footpaths were better maintained.

The area is well-suited for long-term rentals. Demand is high due to offices and business centres nearby. There is also decent infrastructure with wide roads, shops, and a hospital close by. Appreciation may be slow, but returns are steady.

Shifted here because of the proximity to my office in Manyata. Daily commute is a breeze. The area is lively, and I can walk to small bakeries or supermarkets. Rent fits my budget and there are lots of PGs too.

We own a 2BHK flat which we rent out. Always gets good enquiries, especially from people working in Manyata or nearby industrial zones. Area is developing, and basic facilities like groceries and clinics are right around the corner.

My son recommended Veerannapalya for investment. It’s close to tech hubs and not too high-priced. Rents come in on time, and tenants find it convenient. If the BBMP improves civic maintenance, value will go up further.
