Autos are easily available, and there's decent bus access too. Food joints and groceries are close, though I wish the footpaths were better maintained.
The area is well-suited for long-term rentals. Demand is high due to offices and business centres nearby. There is also decent infrastructure with wide roads, shops, and a hospital close by. Appreciation may be slow, but returns are steady.
Shifted here because of the proximity to my office in Manyata. Daily commute is a breeze. The area is lively, and I can walk to small bakeries or supermarkets. Rent fits my budget and there are lots of PGs too.
