The neighborhood is quiet and great for families. Schools and clinics are close by, but the drainage system is horrible and creates a mess during monsoon.

I find this area peaceful and homely. There's a comfort in the quiet streets here. It's also well connected to the LBS marg and ghatkopar. Love the vibe here.

It's one of the low-risk zones in Mumbai and great for long term gains. The metro station in Ghatkopar and Eastern Express Highway is a plus.

The area has developed a lot since I bought our home here. There are plenty of schools, hospitals, clinics, and malls nearby. There is Powai Lake nearby too which we love to visit. The area is a bit inside the main road which keeps the noise away.

I work in deloitte and my office is just 3 km from this area. The area is very comfortable although it comes with a high rent. I pay Rs. 35,000 for 1 BHK.
