It is best suited for people who working nearby. Schools and shops are close by. This area still need better roads and it is affordable, improving, and has good bus and metro connectivity to travel to rest of the city.

Ullal is also known as Ullalu or Ullal Upanagar in West Bangalore is a peaceful and fast-growing residential suburb that combines the traditional charm of old Bangalore with modern real estate development.
