I have visited relatives here multiple times and have always liked the locality. It is clean, decently developed, and has good open spaces. It’s not crowded, and traffic is manageable. Public transport can however improve, especially metros.

I purchased a 2BHK here three years ago and my family seems to be loving this area. The environment is calm, and it’s well-connected to the highway. The property value has also increased steadily, and the neighborhood has all essentials like schools, banks, and clinics.

I bought a plot in Tirupati Nagar after researching multiple areas and is happy with my decision. Property rates are increasing here at a good pace so I am sure I will get good retun on investment out of my property.

My experience living here is positive. My apartment complex is well-maintained, and power/water supply is consistent. It is not a posh locality , but it is clean, and safe—exactly what we wanted.

Living in Tirupati Nagar has been peaceful. The area is clean, rent is affordable, and basic shops are within walking distance.
