I’ve been renting in Natwar Nagar for over a year. It's close to Western Express Highway, making commute easier. However, parking space is tight, and the area feels cramped during peak hours.

I bought property here for its central location. The society is decent and secure, and the rental market is active. But managing repairs in old structures and dealing with monsoon-related drainage issues has been an ongoing challenge.

As a tenant, I like the locality’s proximity to Andheri and Jogeshwari. Daily groceries and small eateries are within walking distance. The buildings are old though, and maintenance varies from society to society.

I purchased a flat in Natwar Nagar a decade ago for rental income. It’s always in demand due to proximity to Andheri and the Western Express Highway. However, the building is aging and lacks modern amenities, and there’s little scope for expansion due to narrow lanes.

I rent out my property here to a family. The area has good schools and clinics nearby. Property taxes are manageable, but the neighborhood lacks open spaces and playgrounds.
