Bhakti Park is well-connected, especially with Bhakti Park monorail right there and easy access to Eastern Freeway. If you’re working in Lower Parel or Chembur, the travel time is quite decent. There are various parks, walking areas, and playgrounds.

Living in Bhakti Park for over 6 years. What I really like is how open and quiet it feels compared to other parts of Mumbai. Monorail station is nearby. The buildings are well-planned, and the colony feels organised.

We’ve been here since Bhakti Park was still developing. Now it's much better. Lots of greenery and not too noisy. But garbage collection is not always timely, especially in monsoon. They should improve this.

Bhakti Park is a good residential locality. Flats are spacious, and many offer sea or garden views. The monorail is a unique plus, and BEST buses are available too.

I’ve rented out a 2BHK in Bhakti Park for over a year now. Young families prefer it due to open space and parks. Rents are steady. Maintenance is a bit high, but worth it for the peaceful vibe.
