Sarvodaya Nagar is such a solid place to live in. so close to mulund and bhandup. metro is nearby too and all basic needs available. rent isn't too high either

Property prices have increased in the last few years. the development has been fast. What I like is that Sarvodaya Nagar isn’t just one type of housing. There are apartments, smaller buildings and bigger complexes too so I have options when managing or renovating rentals. But internal civic upgrades like roads or drains are not always great.

Built our house here 15 years ago. Love the old-school charm, neighbors who still share Diwali sweets. Needs better garbage collection, but there’s heart in this place.

Rent is fine, food joints are fire. But those street dogs? They own the lanes. I just rent here. Walk cautiously, and carry a biscuit or two!

Chose this area for rental yields, not glamour. And it delivers as families and students constantly looking. Might not be flashy, but it’s dependable and keeps my EMI covered.

Dropped by a friend’s place in Sarvodaya Nagar. Super local vibe, everything’s within arm’s reach. It’s not Insta-worthy, but it works. Street food was legit though!

Area’s not posh, but it’s safe and rents are reasonable. Local markets are busy, roads not so much. Gets dark in some parts after 9 though which is a bit of a concern.
