I shifted here because rent is far more affordable than Whitefield. It’s surprisingly green and quiet. There’s no proper street lighting on some stretches, and I feel unsafe walking after 8 PM.

Public transport is bad. BMTC buses are rare, and I have to walk 1–1.5 km to the main road to catch one. That’s a pain during rains.

One of the main advantages is the quiet, pollution-free environment. Compared to the chaos of Whitefield or Electronic City, Thirumalashettyhally feels peaceful. But there are no high-end hospitals or malls in immediate proximity. We drive to Whitefield or Kadugodi for most needs

I see good appreciation potential here. The market is picking up slowly. The area is still semi-urban, so it's a good time to invest. We’ve also got a decent-sized plot, which is rare in central Bangalore.

There’s less traffic compared to ORR or Sarjapur side. But there's also lack of lifestyle amenities or any vibrant citylife. It's usually dark post 7 pm.
