The location is perfect for my work at Manyata Tech Park. Metro and buses are nearby, but traffic on Thanisandra Main Road can get really bad during peak hours. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Thanisandra Main Road has seen good growth over the past few years. The metro station and business hubs nearby. I believe property values will continue to rise. Rental demand is stable, especially from tech professionals.

I’ve been living here for over 5 years now. The area is peaceful and safe. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The roads are well-maintained, but the traffic can be annoying at times.

The area is close to my work. The metro station is a short walk away, super convenient. The roads remain crowded. There are nearby parks for jogging.
