The location is perfect for my work at Manyata Tech Park. Metro and buses are nearby, but traffic on Thanisandra Main Road can get really bad during peak hours. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants.

About the room: 1) Single Occupancy room with dedicated washroom and AC. 2) Rent of the total property is 46,500 without maintainence.
